In case of cancellation of the reservation of a cancelable rate (a cancellation is only accepted in written form) the following fees will be charged:
  • Winter (Christmas, New Year, sports holidays)
    Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge / from 29 days before arrival: 100% of the package price

  • Winter in general:
    Up to 10 days before arrival: free of charge / from 9 days before arrival: 100% of the package price

  • Summer in general:
    Up to 5 days before arrival: free of charge / from 4 days before arrival: 100% of the arrangement price

  • Arrival day, "No Show" or early departure: 100% of the package price
